Scholarships at University of Bath

The University of Bath is offering one scholarship worth £10,000 to students in India applying for eligible postgraduate taught courses for 2025.

GREAT Scholarships 2025, launched by the British Council's Study UK campaign together with a number of other UK universities, supports students from 18 countries to access world-class UK higher education opportunities.

The Study UK campaign is offering scholarships from 71 UK universities to students across 18 countries around the world. It offers an exciting opportunity for students from these countries to get financial support to pursue postgraduate study in the UK. The scholarship programme offers awards of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one-year postgraduate study in the UK.

Funding available

One £10,000 scholarship is available across the across the Faculty of Engineering & Design, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences, Faculty of Science and School of Management.

The award is available for full-time, postgraduate taught master's courses* and can only be used as a tuition fee discount.

Eligibility criteria

To apply for this GREAT scholarship, you must:

• hold an offer from the University of Bath for a full-time, postgraduate taught master's course starting in 2025.

• be a national of India and hold an Indian passport.

• have international tuition fee status.

We're looking for outstanding candidates with a background of academic success who have work experience or a proven interest in their proposed subject area.

Application deadline

• apply by 7 April 2025 for a decision by 9 May 2025.
